We have been providing thesis and dissertation binding to universities and students throughout the North West for over 30 years. We provide an efficient online service or personal service by appointment to suit your individual needs. All of our thesis and dissertation bindings are produced by hand using traditional methods to your university specifications.
Binding Options
Hard Binding
Our hard bindings are produced using traditional binding methods, by hand, your work is drilled, sewn, glued and the outer hard cover made to fit exactly, covered with quality buckram.
We also offer binding in rexine for an additional cost.
Soft Binding
Produced in the same manner as our hard bindings, then covered with card (min 250gsm) or acetate front and black card back, lettering on spine.
Wiro Binding
This service is an Online Only with Print service.
You email us your work, we print & bind it and then you collect or we deliver.
Your printed work is punched with holes down the left hand side of the Portrait pages and covered with an acetate front, black card back, held together with a metal wire binding.
Comb Binding
This service is an Online Only with Print service.
You email us your work, we print & bind it and then you collect or we deliver.
The printed pages are punched with holes down the left hand side of the portrait pages and covered with an acetate front, black card back, held together with a black plastic comb.
Binding Service Timescale Options
Standard Service
Takes 2 working days.
For example, should you decide to go ahead on Monday your completed bound volume would be ready for collection or submission on Wednesday.
Next Day Service
Requires your printed work or pdf by 4pm, the bound volume will be ready for collection/ submission by the next day after 3.30pm
Same Day Service
Requires your printed work or pdf by 10am, the bound volume will be ready for collection/ submission the same day after 3.30pm
4 Hour Service
Requires your printed work or pdf by 12 midday, the bound volume will be ready for collection/ submission by 4pm.

If you are a Salford Student, please don’t forget to send over your Declaration 1 or 2 if we are submitting on your behalf.
Submit In Person

If you wish to visit us in person, you have two options:
- Bring your work on a memory stick or CD, or if you have it on your email we have access to the internet in our office for you to retrieve it so we can then print it for you first. Then we would go on to bind it for completion. OR…..
- Bring your work to us already printed so we can just do the binding for you.
Then you can collect your completely finished works on your given date and time. Or we can submit it for you.
International Students
We would be pleased to assist you with the printing and binding of your thesis/dissertation, and the delivery/submission on your behalf. We work closely with Universities across Greater Manchester, and pride ourselves on our association with Salford University, Post Graduate Office, The University of Manchester, and The University of Bolton.
